Which is an example of an electric force that occurs in atoms?
adoni [48]
The electric charge or electric force that exists inside of an atom occurs as a result of the protons and electrons that exist within the atom. Protons have a positive charge and electrons have a negative charge. These electrons and protons exert a force on any other particle with a charge creating electric force within the atom.

Soloha48 [4]

A. Mass

Explanation:

Inertia is a property that is directly related to mass of a body. It can be defined as a property that causes a body to resist change in its state of motion.

  • Newton's first law of motion is known as the law of inertia.
  • The law state's that "an object will continue to be at rest or in uniform motion unless if it is being acted upon by an external force".

 Inertia is related to force and it can be calculated using the expression below:

                 Inertia = m x a

where m is the mass of the body

            a is the acceleration of the body

From this, we see that the more the mass of a body, the more its inertia and its reluctance to change its state of motion.

  Therefore mass is directly related to inertia.
