Answer:

The volume will be 82.67 L

Explanation:

Charles's Law is the relationship between the volume and temperature of a certain amount of ideal gas. In this way, Charles's law is a law that says that when the amount of gas and pressure are kept constant, the ratio between volume and temperature will always have the same value:

\frac{V}{T} = k

Having a certain volume of gas V1 that is at a temperature T1 at the beginning of the experiment, by varying the volume of gas to a new value V2, then the temperature will change to T2, and it will be true:

\frac{V1}{T1} =\frac{V2}{T2}

In this case, you know:

  • V1= 40 L
  • T1= 90 °C
  • V2= ?
  • T2= 186 °C

Replacing:

\frac{40L}{90C} =\frac{V2}{186 C}

Solving:

V2=\frac{40L}{90C} *186 C

V2= 82.67 L

<u><em>The volume will be 82.67 L</em></u>

fiasKO [112]
Answer : Option A) 4.0 X 101 m^{3}

Explanation : As per the measurement chart the greatest metric system is measured in meters.

So the rest values are given in the form of metric values which are obviously less than that of meters. values of centimeters, decimeter and millimeters are less than that of meters.

Please help me..<br>what is carbon 1/12
tatuchka [14]

Answer:

It is expressed as a multiple of one-twelfth the mass of the carbon-12 atom, 1.992646547 × 10−23 gram, which is assigned an atomic mass of 12 units. ... In this scale 1 atomic mass unit (amu) corresponds to 1.660539040 × 10−24 gram.

Out of 500 silicon atoms: 460 are si-28, which has a mass of 27.98 amu 25 are si-29, which has a mass of 28.98 amu and 15 are si
liberstina [14]

Answer;

=28.09 amu

Explanation;

In this problem, they did not give us the percentages. However, since we know the number of atoms, we can easily calculate the percentages. For example:

(460 X 100)/500 = 92%

If we do this for all three isotopes,

(460 × 25)/500 = 5 %

(460 × 15) /500 = 3%

-We get 92%, 5%, and 3%. (We'll assume these are absolute numbers for determining our significant figures).

Now the problem is just like the previous one. First convert the percentages into decimals. Then multiply those decimals by the masses and add. Here's the solution:

= (0.92) X (27.98 amu) + (0.05) X (28.98 amu) + (0.03) X (29.97 amu)

= 25.74 amu  +  1.449 amu  + 0.8991 amu

= 28.09 amu
