Perimeter is the distance around a shape. The formula is:

2l+2w

Fill in the numbers into the equation:

(33 \frac{1}{2} \times 2 ) + (12 \frac{5}{6} \times 2 )

33 \frac{1}{2} = 33.5 \\ 33.5 \times 2 = 67

12 \frac{5}{6} \times 2 = 12 \times 6 + 5 \\ 12 \times 6 + 5 = \frac{77}{6} \times 2 =\frac{154}{6}=  25  \frac{4}{6}

Now add both of them:

25 \frac{4}{6} + 67 = 92 \frac{4}{6} \rightarrow 92 \frac{2}{3}

The perimeter is 92 \frac{2}{3}

Ludmilka [50]

Answer:

Jaw saw an average of 6 birds each day

Step-by-step explanation:

Given: One day, Jean saw 7 birds. The next day, she  saw 11 birds. The next day, she saw no birds.

To find: average number  of birds Jean saw each day

Solution:

Average is a central value of a set of terms.

Average of terms x_1,x_2,x_3,...,x_n is given by \frac{x_1+x_2+x_3+...+x_n}{n}

Number of birds, Jean saw on day one (x_1) = 7

Number of birds, Jean saw on the second one (x_2)  = 7

Number of birds, Jean saw on the third one (x_3) = 7

So,

average number  of birds Jean saw each day = \frac{x_1+x_2+x_3}{3} =\frac{7+11+0}{3}=\frac{18}{3}=6

Therefore,

Jaw saw an average of 6 birds each day

What decimal is equivalent to 4/5 + 0.05
UNO [17]
To answer this we will add, but before we add we will change 4/5 in to a decimal. to change ANY fraction into a decimal we have to divide the numerator by the denominator. lets do it:-

4/5
4 ÷ 5 = 0.8

Now lets substitute 0.8 for 4/5 and then add.

4/5 + 0.05
0.8 + 0.05 = 0.85

CHECK OUR WORK:-

0.85 - 0.8 = 0.05
We were RIGHT!!

So, the decimal 0.85 is equivalent to 4/5 + 0.05.

Hope I helped ya!! xD
