The only cause we know of that could shift the spectrum of a source toward longer wavelengths isthe source moving away from us. That's how we interpret the red shift when we see it, and that's where the whole idea of the expanding universe comes from. But ... just like gravity and the Earth going around the sun ... it can't be proved, so it's "only a theory".
To answer this question we would need the Molecular empirical formula that relates the reactant of N2 to the final product of CH3NH2. Then it would be easily solved by using stoichiometric ratios. Basically it is done similar to unit conversion problems.
If there are 2 electrons in the same orbital, the spin numbers would be different for both of these 2 electrons. One would have an up spin and the other a down spin.
