We can just guess  20/24,     10 / 24   and 8 / 24

From the least to the greatest:

8/24, 10/24,    20/24

8/24 = 1/3            10/24 = 5/12            20/24 = 5/6

So it is:

1/3,  5/12, 5/6

I hope this helps.

Answer:

\displaystyle\frac{7}{12}< \frac{5}{8}< \frac{2}{3}

Step-by-step explanation:

We are given the following fractions:

\displaystyle\frac{7}{12}, \frac{5}{8}, \frac{2}{3}

Taking the LCD of the denominator which is 24, we have,

\displaystyle\frac{7\times 2}{12\times 2}, \frac{5\times 3}{8\times 3}, \frac{2\times 8}{3\times 8}\\\\= \frac{14}{24}, \frac{15}{24}, \frac{16}{24}

Now arranging them in order from least to great we have:

\displaystyle\frac{14}{24} < \frac{15}{24} < \frac{16}{24}\\\\\displaystyle\frac{7}{12}

If y varies directly with x and Y equals 12 when X equals four what is the constant of proportionality
wariber [46]

Answer:

3

Step-by-step explanation:

If  y varies directly with x, we have:

y \propto x\\$Introducing the constant of proportionality, k\\y=kx

When y=12, x=4

Substituting these values into the equation

12=4k

k=12/4

k=3

The constant of proportionality is 3.
