I would go as a once a day type thing like today i did this exercise. But most like it like this.

A healthy plan that consist of eating and exercise is really how your endurance is. Either way you have to work through it. I would start with 10 reps of a bicep exercise because that is usually what needs the most energy. Then proceed to a core exercise such as situps or crunches. take a break and eat protein foods or fruits. Hydrate with lots of water and protein shakes (if you wish). Then continue with leg work outs such as leg raises and squats. then it's important to rest and eat fatty foods such as chicken and fish.

This is what I do everyday, hope it helps.

So for food you would try a protein like fish ,chicken , chickpeas,pork, beef,tofu.

then you pick a veggie and or starch . Cut big proportion so a little rice or qinwa. Veggie carports, cabagge,and many others

try to do a little cardio . Like leg lifts , bench press, pushups, sit-ups, crunches,jump jacks.tremills and many others.

try to limit sweets and carbs . U don’t have to fully cut them out your life but try eating less than your usual.
