Firstly, it can affect the government, we will have unqualified leaders, which may lead the nation to fall or go into crisis. Second, it may affect job opportunities as well. Less education and experience will lead to a lower-type of job. Third, less education may lead to a lower status in life. Less education, less chances of combating poverty.
