The radius of the Earth is:

r_e = 6371 km

so its diameter is

d_e = 2 r_2 = 12742 km

The radius of Pluto is:

r_p = 1188 km

So its diameter is

d_p = 2 r_p = 2376 km

So the ratio between the two diameters is

\frac{d_e}{d_p}=\frac{12742 km}{2376 km}=5.36

So the diameter of the Earth is 5.36 times bigger than the diameter of Pluto.
