C) $694.25

Why?
Because you want to times the interest by 2 (1 is for one year but u want to find the amount after two years) then you multiply the amount given to each bank separately so:

400*0.07 (7% which is 7/100) = 28
250*0.065 (6.5% which is 65/1000) = 16.25

Then u add the interests together:
28+16.25 = 44.25

Finally you add that to the amount you started with:
$650+$44.25= $694.25

what is the maximum number of relative extrema contained in the graph of this function ? F(x) = 3x^4 - x^2 + 4x - 2
Mademuasel [1]

The maximum number of relative extrema of the given polynomial is; 3

<h3>How to find the maxima of a Polynomial Function?</h3>

When trying to find the maximum number of relative extrema of a polynomial, we usually use the formula;

Maximum number of relative extrema contained in a polynomial = degree of this polynomial - 1.

We are given the Polynomial as;

f(x) = 3x⁴ - x² + 4x - 2

Now, the degree of the Polynomial would be 4. Thus;

Maximum number of relative extrema = 4 - 1

Maximum number of relative extrema = 3

The hypotenuse of a right triangle is 65 cm, if one of its sides is 25 cm, find the length of the other side and it's perimeter
KatRina [158]

Answer:

Other side = 60

Perimeter = 150

Step-by-step explanation:

Using Hypothenuse formula

25²+B²=65²

625+B²=4225

B²=4225-425

B²=3600 (Bring Square to the other side to become Square root)

B=√(3600)

B=60

Perimeter:(Sum of all side)

60+65+25

150
