Exercise is one of the most crucial part of keeping yourself healthy. Exercise cover 20% of your diet plan. It helps people to lose weight and decreases the risk of diseases. Exercising decreases a person's risk of growing diseases such as: High blood pressure and diabetes .Also,Excerise is important because if you don't you would become very weak. But many things are already exercise like walking to all your classes all day at school. And walking to the bus stop or even p.e. So it's not like you will be very weak if you don't constantly take time to exercise because you do exercise everyday. Exercise is also important because it builds up your muscles and cardio-vascular system. It makes you very strong too.

what could get in the way and how could you overcome it? I can get into my own way by not practicing or calming myself before a speech. I can overcome it by setting a time for each day in the week to practice my calming strategy.
