Answer:

The answer is D.

Explanation:

Look at these options. Do all of these require effort? Yes. If you were to push a shopping cart, do you have to apply force? if you were to lift a book, do you indeed move the book, does it exert force? While walking up stairs, do you have to move your legs uphill, is there force used? All of these require input, and force. Most things in life require work, unless we have a machine to do it for us.

Determine the correct name for the compound, C3H8. In organic chemistry, this is referred to as propane. A) Tricarbon hexahydrid

Well, since it's C3, we need Tricarbon, and H8 means Octa-, so B is your answer: Tricarbon Octahydride.

Hope this helps~!

Read the following story and tell me how Harper used the FITT principle. Harper works out 4-5 days a week for 60 minutes a day.
sweet [91]

Harper used the the frequency principle (F) by planning to work out 4-5 days a week. Frequency is how often you exercise, usually on a weekly basis.

She used the intensity principle (I) by deciding to exercise on a moderate level, rather than, for example, an intense workout. Intensity is basically how hard you exercise and push yourself.

She then used the time (T) principle by choosing to workout for 60 mins per day. Time meaning how much time you spend working out each day.

And lastly, she used the type (T) principle by devising a specific type and/or set of exercise(s) to do, which in her case, is drills, jogging, and weight lifting.

So all in all, Harpers frequency is 4-5 days per week, her intensity is moderate, her time is 60 mins/day, and type is basketball drills, jogging and weight lifting.

Hope I helped! :)

A rugby player passes the ball 6.8 m across the field, where the ball is caught at the same height as it left his hand. show ans
kherson [118]

Answer:

11.86°

Explanation:

Projectile motion is a form of motion where an object moves in parabolic path (trajectory). Projectile motion only occurs when there is one force applied at the beginning on the trajectory, after which the only interference is from gravity.

The range of an object experiencing projectile motion is given by:

R = u²sin(2θ) / g

where u is the initial velocity, θ is the angle with horizontal and g is the acceleration due to gravity

Given that R = 6.8 m, g = 10 m/s², u = 12 m/s.

R = u²sin(2θ) / g

substituting:

6.8 = 13²sin(2θ) / 10

13²sin(2θ) = 68

sin(2θ) = 0.4024

2θ = sin⁻¹(0.4024)

2θ = 23.73

θ = 11.86°
