Answer: CH

Explanation: To calculate the empirical formula of the compound we must first find the number of moles by using the mass of each element.

C= 92.31 g x 1mole C / 12 g C

= 7. 69 moles C

H = 7.69 g H x 1 mole H/ 1 g H

= 7.69 moles H

Next is divide each answer on the lowest number of moles

C = 7.69 / 7.69 = 1

H = 7.69 / 7.69 = 1

So the ratio is 1:1 or CH

A compound that has a sea of delocalized electrons has what type of bonding?
Anarel [89]

Answer:

Metallic Bonding

Explanation:

Metallic Bonding

In metallic bonds, the valence electrons from the s and p orbitals of the interacting metal atoms delocalize. That is to say, instead of orbiting their respective metal atoms, they form a “sea” of electrons that surrounds the positively charged atomic nuclei of the interacting metal ions.

Which choice describes a population? A. all the gray squirrels that live in a forest B. a nonliving factor in an organism's envi
goldenfox [79]
I believe D. because all the organisms that live in a lake can be a bunch of living things that would be considered a population and not a species. I canceled out B. from the get go because, I don’t believe non living organisms can be in a population ?

Please get back to me if I’m right or wrong :)
