M<2, M<3 (find the measure of each angle)
Shkiper50 [21]
One of the triangles (that on the left, top) has 2 equal sides, and thus is isosceles.  The angle immediately adjacent to and to the right of 110 degrees is 180-110 degrees, or 70 degrees, which means that angle 1 is also 70 degrees.  The remaining angle is 180 degrees less 2(70 degrees), or 40 degrees; thus, angle 2, immediately adjacent to and to the right of this 40 degree angle, is 180-40, or 140 degrees.  The triangle to the right and below the horiz. line has angle 40 degrees (using the principle of vertical angles); thus, angle 3 is 180-(40+90) degrees, or 50 degrees.

QUESTION 4 A box contains 3 cherry frozen treats and 2 grape frozen treats. Maggie takes a treat from the box without looking, g
stellarik [79]

Answer:

<h2>3/10</h2>

Step-by-step explanation:

Given the sample space

3 cherries

2 grapes

The sample size S = {3+2}= 5

For for the first selection

The probability of picking a grape  Pr(grape)=\frac{2}{5}

Since the second selection is without replacement the sample size is now 4

The probability of picking a cherry Pr(cherry)= \frac{3}{4}

The probability that her brother gets a grape treat and she gets a cherry treat = \frac{2}{5} *\frac{3}{4}= \frac{6}{20}=\frac{3}{10}

What it the x and y intercept of y=2x^2+3x+1
babunello [35]

x = -1

y = 1

To find this, input the equation into a graphing calculator, whether online or an actual one, and you have two options:

1 - Search for the points in which the line crosses the x and or y axis.

2 - Hit 2nd Graph to access the table and find when x and y equal zero.

Hope this helps!
