When the people mentioned above do risk-taking behaviors, fans of the character(s) or show might do what they do because they admire them (it) so much. For example, say if my favorite character decided to jump off a cliff. Of course they wouldn't get hurt because it's fake, but I will because it's reality. This can lead to serious or fatal injury. Also, if my favorite character was a bad influence, eventually his/her actions would rub off on me and cause me to do bad stuff. In short, copying whatever/whoever you see on whatever you are watching, can be health-risking or can make you an even worse person.
The best example of a long-term physical fitness goal is to increase strength. The long- term goal is the one to achieve with all workout and it can be achieve by completing all short-term goals. Both the goals go hand in hand.
