Physics

Answer:

The north pole always points in the same direction in space. Sometimes, it is directed towards the sun and sometimes, away from the sun

Explanation:

The rotational tilt of the earth remains the same and as it rotates around its axis, it also simultaneously revolves around the sun. Due to this revolution, the different regions on earth receives different amount of sunlight at different times. This means that the sunlight that is incident on earth keeps on changing throughout the year.

The tilt of the earth sometimes is directed towards the sun and sometimes it is away from the sun, and this eventually results in the changes in the angle of the sun over years.

Which one of newton's laws does a doll riding a dog represent
strojnjashka [21]
I believe it would best represent Newton’s first law; an object tends to stay at rest and an object tends to stay in motion unless acted upon by an unbalanced force. When the dog stops walking, the doll will continue to go forward because there is no unbalanced force acting in it.

Part CPart complete Determine the maximum force P that can be applied without causing the two 43-kg crates to move. The coeffici
Wewaii [24]

Answer:

the maximum force will be equal to 134.84 N

Explanation:

We have given mass m = 43 kg

Coefficient of static friction \mu _s=0.32

Acceleration due to gravity g=9.8m.sec^2

We have to find the maximum force which , when applied there is no movement of crates

This maximum force will be equal to frictional force

Frictional force is given by f=\mu mg=0.32\times 43\times 9.8=134.84N

So the maximum force will be equal to 134.84 N

On earth, a closed box weighs 56.84 n. what would the mass of the box be on the moon?
elena-14-01-66 [18.8K]

Answer;

=5.8 kg , same as the mass on the earth's surface

Explanation;

The gravitational force on the earth surface is 9.8 N/kg

Therefore; a box weighing 56.84 N will have a mass of;

= 56.84 /9.8

=5.8 kg

The box weighs 5.8 kg on the earth surface.

On the moon's surface the box would still weigh 5.8 kg , this is because the mass of an object or a substance is constant everywhere.

-Mass of a body is constant or remains the same everywhere irrespective of the gravitational force, unlike the weight which varies depending on the pull of gravity of a place.
