Quotient rule:

\left(\dfrac{\cos(2x)}{1+\sin(2x)}\right)'=\dfrac{(1+\sin(2x))(\cos(2x))'-\cos(2x)(1+\sin(2x))'}{(1+\sin(2x))^2}

Chain rule:

(\cos(2x))'=-\sin(2x)(2x)'=-2\sin(2x)

(1+\sin(2x))'=\cos(2x)(2x)'=2\cos(2x)

Put everything together and simplify:
