Calcium, Magnesium and adequate protein and vitamins C, D and K are required to heal bone fractures or to promote healthy bone growth :)

Having strong healthy bones is very important, even as you age. Here are some vitamins/minerals that are needed for buiding strong/healthy bones.


Vitamins/Minerals:

- Calcium.

-Vitamin D3/Vitamin K2


These are the vitamins/minerals that should be consumed everyday. Even if it's a medium amount. If someone is looking to get stronger/healthy bones they can't just drink soda, and eat un-healthy food. The best thing to do is consume these vitamins/minerals for healthy and strong bones.
