All factors that cause an increase in the rate of dissolving have what in common?
Nikitich [7]

Answer:

They increase the attractive forces between the solute and solvent particles.

Explanation:

The dissolution of a solute in a solvent depends on interaction between the solute and the solvent. The more the attractive force and interaction between solute and solvent, the greater the greater the rate of dissolution of the solute in the solvent.

The absence of interaction between solute and solvent molecules means that the substance can not dissolve in that particular solvent. Hence, any factor that enhances solute-solvent interaction will enhance dissolution of a solute in a particular solvent.

when acceleration is held constant and objects of different mass are observed, are mass and force directly proportional or invers
svetoff [14.1K]
Yes. When two things are directly prortional, that means that as one increases, the other increases at the same rate. So, say you have a 2kg object at an acceleration of 2m/s^2. The force would be 4N. If you have a 3kg object at an acceleration of 2m/s^2, the force would be 6N. If two things are inversely proportional, that means that as one thing increases the other decreases at the same rate. A good example of this is in a chemical reaction. If you increase the surface area of the reactants, the reaction time decreases. They are inversely proportional.

Anatom that has lewer neutrons than protons and more electrons than protons is
Ludmilka [50]

Answer:

a negative ion, and an isotope.

Explanation:

The perfect atom consists of an equal balance in all 3. If the neutrons are not even with the protons, it is an isotope since it is like another version of the so called (but not actually) 'perfect' atom. If there is more electrons, the charge is negative, making it an ion.
