For both of them you just make them into fraction.
For #2
\frac{36}{120}
and then you simplify it
36. ÷12 3

After this you want to change the fraction to a percentage.Percentage are out of 100

so you simply will multiply by 10 to the top and bottom

The answer is 30%

For number #3
you simply put 63 over 240
