 In the region I live, the climate is well divided. We have heat, rainy and cold season. However, I live in Brazil, and this country has a wide climate range, from intense cold to intense heat. Given this, there is a large diversity of materials used for housing construction, construction. In the city I live in, the houses, buildings, buildings in general are built with bricks as a base. However, in colder regions, such as southern Brazil, a lot of wood is used because it works as a type of heating.

  Here we don't have hurricanes and tornados, and for this reason we needn't to build with materials resistant to these natural phenomena. But, as  I wrote before, it depends on what region you live here in Brazil.
