A person is making homemade ice cream. She exerts a force of magnitude 28 N on the free end of the crank handle on the ice-cream
Alecsey [184]

Answer:

P = 43.2 Watt

Explanation:

As we know that the handle is moving with uniform speed

so we can find the speed as

v = \frac{2\pi R}{T}

now we have

R = 0.27 m

T = 1.1s

now we have

v = \frac{2\pi (0.27)}{1.1}

v = 1.54 m/s

now we know that power is given as

P = F.v

F = 28 N

P = 28(1.54)

P = 43.2 Watt

How does the mass of an object affect the outcome when the forces acting upon it are unbalanced? I need six sentences...
PilotLPTM [1.2K]
<h3><u>Mass of an object affect the outcome of unbalanced forces:</u></h3>

Newton’s second law of motion deals with the result of motion of an object when unbalanced forces are applied. The second law of motion establish the relationship between mass, acceleration and unbalanced forces of the object. The below points explains the relation between unbalanced forces acting on mass of the object. The acceleration of object would be higher when the unbalanced force is higher.

The equation for the unbalanced force is,

Unbalanced\ force = Mass \times Acceleration.

For Example: Two masses of 500 kg and 1 kg is applied with same unbalanced forces. The change in motion of 500 kg would be very much less than the change in motion of 1 kg.

The distance between two adjacent peaks on a wave is called the wavelength. The wavelength of a beam of ultraviolet light is 113
Vesna [10]

Answer:

0.000000113 or 1.13*10^{-7} meters

Explanation:

One nanometer is 10^{-9} meters. So 113 nanometers would be 113*10^{-9}, or 1.13*10^{-7} meters. That's expessed on "cientific notation." On the "usual" notation, it will be 0.000000113 meters.
