The formula for the circumference is derived from this:

Find the relationship between the circumference and the diameter by dividing the length of the circumference and length of the diameter. Use this quotient to set up an equation to showing the ratio of the circumference over the diameter equals to ππ . Then rearrange the equation to solve for the circumference. Substitute 2 times the radius for the diameter.

2. This is true
As n increases, h approaches r so that rhrh approaches r².

3. The are of the circle with radius 6 ft is
36π ft²

4. if the circumference is 7π m, then the diameter is 7 and the radius is 3.5 and the area is
12.25π m²

How did you test your hypothesis? which variables did you control in your experiment and which variable did you change in order
elixir [45]

Hypothesis is a proposed explanation which is made on the basis of given experimental data taken as starting point for further investigation. All hypothesis test are conducted in a same manner fiollowing the four main steps:

1. State the hypothesis

2. Formulate an analysis plan

3. Analyzing the data obtained

4. Final step is to analyze the results

There are three types of variables taken in an experiment:

1. Independent variable: light, temperature, humidity

2. Dependent Variable: these depends upon the other variable. changes in the independent variable may cause the dependent variable to change, for example, growth of plant is a dependent variable which depends upon the amount of light(independent variable), the plant receives

3. Controlled Variable: these variable can be controlled and prevented from being change like ty[pe of plant, type of soil

Answer:

Bacteriophages are attaching to bacterial cell wall and injecting genetic material.

Explanation:

Bacteriophage:

A bacteriophage (bacteria eater) is a type of virus that infects bacteria. Bacteriophages are composed of genetic material (DNA or RNA) enclosed in a protein shell or capsid.

Following are steps of bacteriophage infection:

 1. Bacteriophage attaches to cell surface receptors on the surface of the bacterium.
 2. Depending upon the type of phage, the bacteriophage either injects its DNA or RNA into the bacterium or enters as a whole. In this image, the bacteriophage T4 is represented which injects its genetic material into the host cell.
 3. The phage's genetic material hijacks the cellular machinery of the host and replicates itself within the host.
 4. After replication, the phages burst open the bacteria cell and are released. This is called the lytic cycle of bacteriophage infection.
 5. In another type of infection cycle, called the lysogenic cycle, the bacteriophage genome gets incorporated into the host genome, known as a prophage. This prophage lies dormant.

* The second step of the infection cycle is pictured here.
