Everything we put into our body, has an affect on it. Even a simple molecule such as water, can dramatically alter the body's chemistry. Too little water and the body will feel lethargic, too much water can lead to cell death if not properly dealt with.
Food, whether it be fruits and vegetables, or fast food, has an effect on our bodies. The main purpose of food is to ingest it and break it down into its base components for us to use.
