Let's see the first problem I found in school is the lack of freedom to choose school subjects. What does that mean? For example, if an adult does not want to work as a teacher, he or she can try something else. If he does not like to work in this particular company, no one will force him. As for schoolchildren, they can not choose which subjects they study. Nor can they choose teachers. They just have to do the same thing.

It seems to me that the child needs to be given the right to choose to study what they want, but there is one thing when children are often confused with their choice. To solve this problem needs a specialist in school, which can determine according to different tests what is closer to each of schoolchildren

The second problem I found working at the school is the excessive amount of homework. On average, a schoolboy needs an hour to have made lessons on one subject. There are at least five to six lessons a day at school. Just imagine: After school, a schoolboy should memorize two poems on literature, solve several math problems, fill in a table on biology, prepare for a test of English and learn a few pages on history. Altogether it will take about five hours.

In addressing this issue, the teacher must understand how to plan the work of such volume and content so that students do not experience overloading, which is why it is necessary to take into account the way students are engaged in other subjects on that day.

The third problem of teacher's influence on the pupil is the attitude of some teachers to pupils. For example, a teacher respects each pupil, regardless of his academic performance and achievements. Unfortunately, there are teachers who can be very rude to children. After the pupils have no desire to go to school. They do not have the right to choose their favorite teachers.

It is hard to disagree with the opinion that indeed, the teacher has a great influence on the disciples. To solve this problem it important to understand that the role of teacher to laid as the foundation of personality, a necessary basis, which is a kind of impetus to a new, interesting, dignified life.
