Hey there!

When multiplying binomials, keep in mind that you have to be very careful when you multiply.

(-2n-4)(-5n-8)

You can split it up so it is easier to distribute.

-2n(-5n-8)

10n+16n

-4(-5n-8)

20n+32

Now, add like terms.

10n+16n+20n= 46n

46n+32 is the answer.

I hope this helps, DM me with any questions you might have.

Is how many student passed the math test a statistical question
Soloha48 [4]

Answer:

No it is not statistical

Step-by-step explanation:

It would be statistical if the answers varied which in this case they don't because there is a certain amount of people that passed and the answers do not vary. However, asking what was your score is statistical because answers will vary.

Simply.

-2/5 + 4/3

Show work.
mixer [17]

Answer:

14/15

Step-by-step explanation:

Find common denominators. Note that what you do to the denominator, you do to the numerator.

Use 15 as the common denominator:

(-2/5)(3/3) = (-6/15)

(4/3)(5/5) = (20/15)

Combine like terms:

-6/15 + 20/15 = (20 - 6)/15 = 14/15

14/15 is your answer.
