s to hang. His brothers, Nick and Adam, come to help. Nick hangs flyers 50% faster than Henry, and Adam hangs flyers 20% slower than Henry. Find the constant of proportionality for the flyer hanging rate of Henry, Nick, and Adam combined? (round to nearest tenth)

The answer is 4.53 but you have to round to the nearest tenth so you get 4.5

Given:
Henry: 130 flyers in 95 minutes.
Nick hangs flyers 50% faster than Henry
Adam hangs flyers 20% slower than Henry
Remaining flyers: 870

Henry's rate per minute = 130/95 = 1.37 flyers per minute

Nick: 1.37 * 1.50 = 2.055 or 2.06 flyers per minute
Adam: 1.37 * 0.80 = 1.095 or 1.10 flyers per minute

1.37 flyers + 2.06 flyers + 1.10 flyers = 4.53 flyers per minute.

870 flyers  ÷ 4.53 flyers per minute = 192 minutes

the constant proportionality for the flyer hanging of all three is 4.53 flyers per minute. They will finish hanging the remaining 870 flyer within 192 minutes.
