The relational dialectics theory simply explains more on tensions and how to manage it in relationships. The theory make us to understand that relationships are never linear and how good Communication is necessary in all relationships.

The theory of relational dialectics was proposed by Baxter and Montgomery and if they will reply Simon's Question they will tell him to learn how to manage his tension and that he can not get rid of his tension.
