Answer:

\dfrac{3}{4}

Explanation:

m = Mass of car

3m = Mass of truck

v = Velocity of car

\dfrac{1}{2}v = Velocity of truck

r = Turn radius

Centripetal force is given by

For car

F_1=\dfrac{mv^2}{r}

For truck

F_2=\dfrac{3m(\dfrac{1}{2}v)^2}{r}\\\Rightarrow F_2=\dfrac{3m\dfrac{1}{4}v^2}{r}

Dividing the forces we get

\dfrac{F_1}{F_2}=\dfrac{\dfrac{mv^2}{r}}{\dfrac{3m\dfrac{1}{4}v^2}{r}}\\\Rightarrow \dfrac{F_1}{F_2}=\dfrac{4}{3}\\\Rightarrow F_2=\dfrac{3}{4}F_1

So, the multiple of the original force is \dfrac{3}{4}

A 18000 Hz wave has wavelength of 0.03 meters. How fast is this wave<br> traveling?
Alex Ar [27]

Answer:

540m/s

Explanation:

Given parameters:

Frequency of the wave = 18000Hz

Wavelength of the wave = 0.03m

Unknown:

How fast is the wave traveling = ?

Solution:

How fast the wave is traveling is a measure of the speed of the wave;

     Speed of wave  = frequency x wavelength

Now insert the given parameters and solve;

   Speed of wave  = 18000 x   0.03  = 540m/s

What happens to a catalyst after a chemical reaction has occurred
jenyasd209 [6]
It goes away and goes off to catalyze more things. Imagine it like the priest of a wedding. S/He's just catalyzing the bond between two entities, and s/he will continue to do that, not having anything to do with the bond past its creation.
