The other answer here is correct, but if you’re looking from a more structural view then here is it:
Sodium has only one electron it it’s outermost orbital, and because of this it has a really high tendency In giving up that electron in order to get into a more stable electron configuration.

Answer:

here is your answer

Explanation:

1. sodium sodium is very reactive metal

2. when it exposed in air it automatically form Na2O.

3. when when it put in water it reacts visoroustly and start burning on water.

( due to this it is called active element)

How Do You Know Whether an Object Has Potential
timofeeve [1]

The object that I think has potential energy within the images posted is the skateboard at the top of the ramp.

<h3>Why do i think this one has potential energy?</h3>

Potential energy is a type of mechanical energy in which there is a type of stored energy that can be transformed into another type of energy. This energy is given by the <u>location of the body</u> with respect to a force field.

I selected the image of the skateboard at the top of the ramp since going up there uses kinetic energy and when it is on top of the ramp, waiting to go down, this kinetic energy is stored in potential energy that is ready to be released. The higher the height at which it is launched, <u>the more its potential energy will be</u>.

Therefore, we can confirm that the object that I think has potential energy within the images posted is the skateboard at the top of the ramp.

Methane gas and oxygen gas react to form water vapor and carbon dioxide gas. What volume of carbon dioxide would be produced by
Bas_tet [7]

Answer:

V_{CO_2}=9.23m^3

Explanation:

Hello,

In this case, the undergoing chemical reaction is:

CH_4(g)+2O_2(g)\rightarrow CO_2(g)+2H_2O(g)

Now, as the stoichiometrical factors are in terms of mole but no information about neither the temperature nor the pressure is given, by means of the Avogadro's law, one could perform the stoichiometric calculations with the given volume as both the pressure and temperature remain the same, that is:

V_{CO_2}=9.23m^3CH_4*\frac{1m^3CO_2}{1m^3CH_4} \\\\V_{CO_2}=9.23m^3

Such 1:1 volume relationship equals the 1:1 molar relationship given in the chemical reaction in terms of their stoichiometric coefficients, therefore, the yielded volume of carbon dioxide is also 9.23m³

Best regards.

You are given a sulfuric acid solution of unknown concentration. You dispense 10.00 mL of the unknown solution into an Erlenmeye
dmitriy555 [2]

Answer:

"0.053457 M" of sulfuric acid.

Explanation:

The given values are:

V = 10 mL solution

V_{added} = 12.20 mL

V_{total} = 22.20 mL

then,

M 0.103 M of NaOH,

V_{rinsed} = experiment  will not be affected

V_{total \ base} = 10.38 mL

Now,

⇒  mol of NAOH = MV

                            = 0.103\times 10.38

                            =  1.06914  \ m

Whether Sulfuric acid, then

⇒  H_{2}SO_{4} + 2NaOH = Na_{2}SO_{4} + 2H_{2}O

⇒  mol \ of \ acid =\frac{1}{2}\times \ mol \   of  \ base

⇒  1.06914 \ m \ mol \ of \ base = \frac{1}{2}\times 1.06914 = 0.53457 \ m \ mol \ of \ acid

Before any dilution:

V_{sample} = 10  \ mL

⇒  M \ acid = \frac{m \ mol}{V}

                 =\frac{ 0.53457 }{10}

                 =0.053457 \ M (Sulfuric acid)
