Solve the exponential equation. Write the exact answer with natural logarithms and then approximate the result correct to three

decimal places.
5^{1-x} =2^{x}

I was able to start it, but I somehow got log_{5}2=0, and I don't think that's right.

30(x-1)≥0
(x-1)≥0/30
(x-1)≥0
x≥1    (solution 1)

Equation 2:
5x²≥0

Write an equation in slope-intercept form for the line that passes through (1,9) and (3,5).
kozerog [31]

Answer:

The answer to your question is    y = -2x + 11

Step-by-step explanation:

A (1, 9)

B (3, 5)

- Find the slope

 m = \frac{y2 - y1}{x2 - x1}

 m = \frac{5 - 9}{3 - 1}

 m = \frac{-4}{2}

        m = - 2

- Find the line equation

        y - y1 = m (x - x1)

        y - 5 = -2(x - 3)

        y - 5 = -2x + 6

        y = -2x + 6 + 5

        y = -2x + 11
