Anna007 [38]

Answer:

The percent error in his estimation is 30%

Explanation:

Percentage error = |UA- UE| \ UE × 100

UA= Actual value = 7 pounds

UE = Expected value = 10 pounds

Percent error of his estimate = ∣7-10∣ / 10 ×100

= ∣-3∣ / 10 × 100

= 30%

HELPP ME PLEASE !!!! In your own words, explain how the number of sunspots can affect the overall global climate on Earth. 50 PO
Alex_Xolod [135]
Sunspots are storms on the sun’s surface that are marked by intense magnetic activity. Sunspots are cooler than the rest of the Sun, but many scientists enctis think that when there are a lot of sunspots, the Sun actually gets hotter. This affects the weather here on Earth, and also radio reception. Without sunspots the Earth would probably be cooler.

A child goes down a slide, starting from rest. If the length of the slide is 2 m and it takes the child 3 seconds to go down the
Sunny_sXe [5.5K]

Answer:

a = 4/9  m/s^2

Explanation:

We use the kinematics formula for distance (d) covered i accelerated motion:

d = vi t + (1/2) a t^2

and replace d= 2,  t = 3 and vi = 0 as per the information given:

2 = (1/2) a (3)^2

2 = (1/2) a (9)

a = 4 / 9 m/s^2
