The correct answer to the question is it has direction .

EXPLANATION:

Before coming into any conclusion, first we have to understand a vector.

A vector is a physical quantity which not only requires magnitude but also direction for its complete specification. It is also in accordance with parallelogram law of vector addition.

The speed of a body is a scalar quantity. It has only magnitude . On the other hand, velocity is the speed in a given direction. Hence, it has magnitude as well as direction.

The speed of a body is simply distance travelled per unit time while velocity is the net displacement of a body per unit time. Since, time is relative and dependent on frame of reference, so both speed and velocity depend on frame of reference.

The area marked X lies in velocity region will contain the properties which are not in speed region.

Hence, the area marked X will denote simply that velocity has direction.

If the distance between two objects decrease and the masses of the objects remain the same, then the force of gravity between the two objects

Answer:

increases

Explanation:

The formula of gravitational force is given as:

F=G Mm/r^2

G = gravitational constant

M, m = Masses of two different objects in which the force is acting.

r = distance between both the objects.

As we can see from the formula that the force of gravity is inversely proportional to the square of the distance between both objects.

When the distance between both objects with the same masses decreases the gravitational force between them increases. Hence the correct answer is option B.
