Answer:

On the camping adventure the epidermis will protect me on my adventure by producing melanin to protect me from ultraviolent waves that can damage the skin. Also, theepidermis has stratus layers that keep bacteria out and other infectious things. Theepidermis is in generally the protective layer and acts as a barrier. The dermis controls your body temperature, when I get hot I will sweat because the dermis controls the sweat glands. When exercise, maybe go on a hike the contractions of my muscle make my blood vessels expand to allow more blood flow through my body, the blood vesselsare controlled by my dermis

What is a complication that you may encounter when giving CPR to the elderly?
Oksana_A [137]
I believe it would be C. Cracking a rib.
Because
- CPR doesn't involve the arms
- Headaches can happen at any age
- Not finding a pulse can happen with any person
- Cracking a rib would make the most sense to me due to that bone mass or density decreases as a person ages, the bones lose calcium and minerals causing them to deteriorate and become more brittle, which may result in them becoming easily breakable.
This is only my guess though, so don't take my word for it.
Hope it helps at least a little. (:
