Question is missing, but I think the problem is asking for the maximum speed the car can go without going off the road.

The force responsible of keeping the car in the turn is the frictional force, which points towards the center of the turn:
F_f = \mu m g
where \mu is the coefficient of static friction, because we require the car not to move in the direction center of the turn-car. In order for the car to stay in the turn, this frictional force must be larger than the centripetal force, given by
F_c =  \frac{mv^2}{r}
Therefore, we require
F_f \ \textgreater \  F_c
\mu m g \ \textgreater \  m  \frac{v^2}{r}
that becomes
v\ < \  \sqrt{\mu g r}
where r is the radius of the turn. Using \mu=0.33 and r=60.0m we find
v< \sqrt{\mu g r}= \sqrt{0.33 \cdot 9.81m/s^2 \cdot 60.0m}=13.9m/s

What is the meaning of the saying "the power of a lens is 1 dioptre "
timama [110]

Answer: 1 dioptre of power of a lens is defined as the unit of measuring the power of optical lens Or curved mirror which is equal to the reciprocal of the focal length. The focal length is measured in the meter. 1 dioptre is equal to 1/m where m is the focal length. Basically dioptre is the SI unit of optical power of the lens.

How much force is needed to accelerate a 2500kg car at a rate of 4m/s2
Alex_Xolod [135]

Answer:

10,000 N

Explanation:

Using Newton's Second Law of Motion, Force = Mass*Acceleration.

Plugin 2500 kg for the mass and 4 m/s^2 for the acceleration.

Force = 2500 kg*4 m/s^2 = 10000 Newtons

(SI unit of force is Newtons)
