Answer:

Interstate Commerce Act of 1887 .

Explanation:

Interstate Commerce Act of 1887 was passed by the Congress to regulate and maintain the railroad industry. With growing practices of monopoly by railway corporations in the 19th century, the need to institute an act that would maintain and regulate railway prices and enhance railway competition became inevitable.

Therefore, Interstate Commerce Act of 1887 was passed to regulate railroads to ensure fair rates and reduce monopolistic control of railways by wealthy corporations.

The Interstate Commerce Act of 1887, therefore, established a federal regulatory body called 'the Interstate Commerce Commission (ICC)' to monitor and ensure railroads to comply with the new regulations. This act also eventually led to the establishment of many other regulations in the transportation system and commerce in the country.

Which type of agreements do some clients make their security agents sign?
zmey [24]

Answer: Confidentiality / Non-Disclosure agreements

Explanation:

We've all watched movies where people discuss very secretive things over the phone or with another person while they are being driven and at some point we wonder why those discussing are not worried about the driver spilling the beans.

The reason is because these high-profile clients need to protect their privacy and so make sure that those working for them especially their security agents, sign Non-Disclosure or Confidentiality agreements that require them not to speak of the things they hear or see about their clients.

Should they breach this agreement, they will be in a wealth of legal problems as well as suffer reputational loss. Sometimes though this does not seem to work and they still breach the agreement. It is a good deterrent either way.

Answer:

The only thing Congress is in charge of is "making the law".

Explanation:

All other options are void. Interpreting the law is done by the Federal Courts and enforcing the law is done by the Executive Branch.
