in plain and short, to get the volume of a triangular prism, we simply get the area of the triangular face and multiply that by the length.

in this case hmmm let's see the triangle has sides of 12, 12 and ... well, 12 again, is an equilateral triangle, so we get that area and multiply it by 17,

\bf \textit{area of an equilateral triangle}\\\\ A=\cfrac{s^2\sqrt{3}}{4}~~ \begin{cases} s=side's\\ \qquad length\\ \cline{1-1} s = 12 \end{cases}\implies A=\cfrac{12^2\sqrt{3}}{4}\implies A=36\sqrt{3} \\\\[-0.35em] ~\dotfill\\\\ ~\hfill \stackrel{\textit{volume of the triangular prism}}{(36\sqrt{3})(17)\approx 1060.02}~\hfill

Answer:

The volume of the shape is 29376

Step-by-step explanation:

You multiply 12 x 17 and get 204 x 12 and get 2448 x 12 and get 29376.

Find the measure of AEB<br><br> - already have answer just need the work
Digiron [165]

Based on the central angle theorem, the measure of angle AEB is: 140°.

<h3>What is the Central Angle Theorem?</h3>

According to the central angle theorem, the measure of an intercepted arc = measure of the central angle.

Arc AB = 140° [intercepted arc]

Angle AEB is the central angle.

Thus, based on the central angle theorem, the measure of angle AEB is: 140°.

Find the domain of the function.
timurjin [86]

When taking square roots, you can't take square roots of negative roots of negative numbers. So, what will work for the domain of u(x) is what makes u(x) zero or more. We can make an inequality for that.

u(x) ≥ 0.

\sqrt{9x+27} \geq 0

9x + 27 ≥ 0 by squaring both sides

9x ≥ -27

x ≥ -3

So the domain of the function is when x ≥ -3 is true.

Sophie [7]
Yes, 19/4 is only 4/3/4 so you still have 1/4 ft left to fill
