Option A)

Explanation:

<u>The water falls from the atmosphere in the form of precipitations to the earth, the bodys of water. From there it's evaporated back to the atmosphere to complete the cycle</u>. Is important to say that in between, the water may or may not interact with plants and other organism.

Being that said, options C and D doesn't describe the water cycle given that they both say the water falls from space.

Option B is not completly wrong but the interation with living organism is a complement to the water cycle and, also, this description doesn't involve the atmosphere.

The option A is the most accurate description.

equation:Cl_{2}  +  Ni -----\ \textgreater \   Ni^{2+}  +  2Cl ^{-}

∴ the nickel was oxidized while chlorine was reduced

nickel reduction potential =  - 0.25 V
              but since it is being oxidised the you have to switch the integer sign so the 
              the potential of nickel in this case becomes + 0.25 V

chlorine was reduced thus its reduction potential remains same  = + 1.36 V

Overall Cell potential  =  ∑ of half cell potential

The overall cell potential  =  (+ 1.36) + (+ 0.25)
                                         =   + 1.61 V

∴ the answer would be D

Explanation:

I used my bio textbook for this but basically only organisms in a group is a population and they can't produce offspring that survive or reproduce unless they are in the same population or populations. Think of like how a liger is a cross of a tiger and a lion and can't reproduce because its not fertile and its from two different species but a lion and a lion can produce a living offspring that can reproduce.
