I see only one arrangement with odd column & even rows
3 columns, 40 rows
That's mainly because 120 is an even number.

So , sume the interior angles of it equals :

(180 - x) + 120 + 85 + (2x - 10) + 90 = 540 \\

2x - x + 475 - 10 = 540
