Hello there!

First of all, find the slope of the right side of the graph. The slope is 2. So far we have:
y=2

Now look at the x coordinate of the point. Now we have:
y=2|x-0|
y=2|x|

Next the graph is shifted down 2 so add a negative two.
y=2|x|-2
