the answer is: D. They tried to drive the French out of the Ohio River valley.

That river valley was connected to the Mississippi river. Which means that any country that control that river would have a strategic location that helped them in delivering their goods to american continent through water routes.

Washington's action heavily damaged the French's economy, so the French army water to retaliate against Washington. In the end, his action lead to a European War between great Britain (who backed Washington) and the French empire.

Setler79 [48]

Answer:

 • At an exchange rate of 1.05 euro per dollar the cost of a latté would be the same in the euro area as it did in the United States.

Explanation:

The contidion is that the two prices are equal:

 • exchange rate × $2.8 = Euros 2.93

Solve for the exchange rate:

 • exchange rate = Euros2.93/$2.80 = Euro 1.05/$

Thus, at an exchange rate of 1.05 euro per dollar the cost of a latté would be the same in the euro area as it did in the United States.

viva [34]

Students can learn to mentally give themselves a pat on the back when they finish a task or stop at regular intervals to assess what they have done. This is called Self-regulated learning.

Self-study refers to the ability to understand and control one's learning environment. Self-adjusting skills include goal-setting, self-monitoring, self-teaching, and self-reinforcing (Harris & Graham, 1999; Schraw, Crippen, and Hartley, 2006; Shunk, 1996).

In addition to fostering personal responsibility for learning, self-teaching also enhances learning content. Self-regulatory practices improve the coding of knowledge and skills in memory, especially reading and writing.

According to Pintrich's (2000) model, the SRL consists of four phases: (2) Monitoring; (3) Control; (4) Reactions and reflexes. Each of them has four different regulatory areas: cognition, motivation/emotion, behavior, and context.
