Here are some healthy food that are rich in calcium that you can add to your diet:

-Yogurt

-Seed's, such as Chia seed's and , many other types of seed's.

-Cheese

-Fish, such as sardines.

-Milk

These are some of the food's that are rich in calcium and are really good for you. Calcium is very important, so adding healthy food's that are rich in calcium will help you in so many way's.
