not sure what you mean, but I think you're talking about the bonds i suppose. Anti-parallel strands are connected by H-bonds, whereas the sugar and phosphorus are bonded by covalent phosphodiester bonds.

Carbon from glucose is essential for the formation of amino acids. Which process is responsible for the
insens350 [35]

The process that is responsible for the production of glucose in plants is photosynthesis.

What is photosynthesis?

Photosynthesis is a chemical process in which organic matter is formed from inorganic matter thanks to sunlight, this is a process given in autotrophic organisms which are capable of synthesizing their own food through this process.

What happens is that thanks to sunlight, molecules are formed that contain high levels of energy (ATP and NADPH), these molecules are used for the synthesis of carbohydrates that are used to feed the cell.

Therefore, we can confirm that the process that is responsible for the production of glucose in plants is photosynthesis.

How do cells get energy from sugar
Allisa [31]

Answer:

During glycolysis, a glucose molecule with six carbon atoms is converted into two molecules of pyruvate, each of which contains three carbon atoms. For each molecule of glucose, two molecules of ATP are hydrolyzed to provide energy to drive the early steps, but four molecules of ATP are produced in the later steps.

Lipophilic hormones function by activating cAMP.
AveGali [126]

Answer:

Option B

Explanation:

Water soluble hormones associate with the G protein of cAMP. This G protein is intra-cellular i.e found inside the cell.

However in case of lipid derived hormones, the hormone has to diffuse through the cell across the plasma membrane to bind to DNA or the intra-cellular receptors. This regulates the gene transcription and induces protein production that affects the cell functioning for a long time.

Hence, option B is correct
