The basic requirement that a scientific hypothesis must have is a root in steady and maintained observation--That is, one can only form a rational hypothesis after observing the phenomenon at hand.

When the original resistor is replaced with 3 times more resistive material, the resistance of the circuit increases by factor of 3 and the current flowing in the cirucit decreases by a factor 3.

Ohm's law

Ohm's law states that, the current flowing in a conductor is directly proportional to the potential across the conductor.

V = IR

where;

 • I is the current in the circuit
 • V is voltage
 • R is the resistance

When the resistance increases, the current flowing in the circuit decreases.

When the original resistor is replaced with 3 times more resistive material, the resistance of the circuit increases by factor of 3 and the current flowing in the cirucit decreases by a factor 3.

A gun can fire a bullet at 540 m/s. If the gun is aimed at an angle of 55o above the horizontal and fired, what will be the hori
lisabon 2012 [21]

Answer:

Explanation:

The initial vertical velocity is 540sin55° = 442.342103... 442 m/s

The initial horizontal velocity is 540cos55° = 309.731275... 310 m/s

In the real world, both initial velocities would be reduced by air resistance and vertical velocity will be altered by gravity.

Hi, thank you for posting your question here at Brainly.

Electricity is the flow of electrons due to a potential difference called voltage. The electrons naturally flows from a higher to a lower potential. Thus, the electrons flows from the positive to the negative terminal.

What is the difference between velocity and acceleration and how do we find each one
katen-ka-za [31]

You know how speed is how fast distance changes ?

Well, velocity is speed PLUS the direction of the motion,
and acceleration is how fast velocity changes.
