HIV is Human Immunodeficiency Virus which is a virus that may cause infection and it actually causes AIDS
AIDS or Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome suppresses the immune system and has no vaccine or cure. AIDS is the syndrome acquired due to HIV which can cause serious damage o your immune system that can bring up complications if you ever need to get surgery or generally have a weak immune system already<span />
