Breathe in deep counting to 8 and breathe out soft and slow counting to 4, whilst doing this close your eyes and rub your temples. Only do this about 3-4 times because you might pass out if you do this and continue to inhale deeply. The blood will rush to your head if done vigorously, and it will cause you to become faint.
