Osmotic lysis is the bursting of cell due to over intake of fluid. The inhibiting enzymes prevents the formation of cell wall which act as a semi permeable membrane to the external fluid and hence regulate its movement inside the cell. In a plant cell (which has cell wall) dying of cell due to bursting is not possible while in animal cells which only has plasma membrane (i.e selectively permeable to water) water or any other fluid is allowed to move inside the cell and hence the cell size increases.  

Hence, option A is correct
