That statement is true

Aerobic exercises refers to the type of exercise that force your cardiovascular system to put more intense work compared to your usual state. This type of exercise is really good to prevent heart related diseases, massively increase your stamina, and tend to burn the most calories compared to other type of exercies.

Anaerobic and aerobic exercises are important in developing cardiorespiratory fitness. This statement is true.

Further Explanation:

The cardiorespiratory fitness is a capability of the cardiovascular system (lungs, vessels and heart) to proficiently provide oxygenated blood to functioning muscles and the muscle which use oxygen.

Anaerobic exercise allows the breaks down of glucose and provides energy without consuming oxygen. In the short period of time large amount intensity is released in this exercise. It boosts the energy and metabolism. Also, provide high amount of energy and power to the body. Sprinting and push up are example of anaerobic exercise.

Aerobic exercise programs increase the consumption of oxygen and heart rate. Activities such as cycling, jogging, walking, running, swimming, aerobics, hiking, stair climbing, jumping rope, and dancing increase cardiovascular fitness. Walking, cycling and running are aerobic activities. They help in increasing the consumption of oxygen to the muscles and also increase the heart rate. Sports like basketball, soccer, tennis, and squash also improve cardiovascular fitness.

Both the exercises are main part of cardiorespiratary fitness and help in maintaining the lungs and heart to work efficiently. The anaerobic and aerobic exercise improves stamina, power, strength, and endurance which help in improving cardiovascular fitness.

Give an example of how a clinical psychologist might treat someone diagnosed with a mood disorder.
saw5 [17]
A clinical psychologist could use a number of methods to treat someone with a mood disorder, depending on their area of expertise as well as the patient's expectations and preferences. A few examples of different psychological methods include: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, which can work well for patients with depression, anxiety, or phobias; psychoanalysis, which is a more Freudian approach that focuses on past trauma, the unconscious, repressed memories, subconscious fears or desires, and so on; or, the psychologist might use a combination of different methods in order to fit the needs of their patient. If the psychologist determines that therapy alone is not the right option for their patient, they might then refer them to a psychiatrist, who would be able to prescribe appropriate medication.

What are some consequences to humans of eating transgenic food
Xelga [282]
Answer:There is no evidence that a crop is dangerous to eat just because it is GM. There could be risks associated with the specific new gene introduced, which is why each crop with a new characteristic introduced by GM is subject to close scrutiny. Since the first widespread commercialisation of GM produce 18 years ago there has been no evidence of ill effects linked to the consumption of any approved GM crop.
