Hi again the answer is:

53 divided by 2 = 26.5

26.5 + 2.3 = 28.8

28.8 divided by 2 = 14.4

14.4 - 2.3 = 12.1

14.4 + 14.4 = 28.8

28.8 + 12.1 = 40.9

40.9 + 12.1 = 53

perimeter is 14.4 at the top and bottom as the length

and 12.1 on the sides as the width
