Answer:

The USA Patriot Act is a federal law passed in the United States in October 2001 that gives the government and the police wide powers to supervise citizens, adopted after the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001. The law, in particular, expanded the FBI's rights of eavesdropping and electronic surveillance, which was seen by many as a violation of the fourth constitutional amendment.

The Patriot Act was criticized for interfering with privacy and allowed the CIA to more easily intercept phone calls, infiltrate groups and, without applying for permission, find out what books individuals have borrowed, people's education, illnesses and hospital stays.

egoroff_w [7]

A basic principle of hermeneutics that would aid in understanding the meaning of the book of lamentations is to date the passage accurately.

The study of general principles of biblical interpretation is known as hermeneutics. Throughout Jewish and Christian history, the primary goal of hermeneutics and the exegetical methods used in interpretation has been to discover the truths and values expressed in the Bible.

Contextual interpretation is required to fully grasp the meaning. Proper hermeneutics also assists readers in interpreting the Bible objectively. It is difficult for a reader to not read the Bible from their own perspective. For example the role of women.
