The formula is $\pi r {2}$.
So the radius  is half of the diameter.A diameter is across a circle,radius is half a circle so we need to cut 14 in half,thats 7,so you multiply 7*7 it will be 49 so we plug that in $A= \pi (49)$ so the answer will be 153.86 we round that so its 154
